ATTENTION : Please read these terms carefully before using this website. Using this website indicates that
you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms ("terms"), do not use this website!
1. Prices
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dolars and are exclusive of the statuory sales taxes payable in the province of Ontario. Ontario residents pay additional 15%
tax for GST and PST.
2. Shipping, handling and associated charges.
We ship all merchandise with the exception of antiques. Shipping and handling charges will be quoted at the time of telephonic orders made and will be mutually agreed upon with the Customer before shipment. Statutory sales tax at the rate of 15% will be charged on shipping costs. The final cost for the merchandise including shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes will be agreed upon with the Customer before shipment.
3. Payment for merchandise
At this stage we don't offer purchasing with direct credit card transaction on this website. We don't ask for your
credit card information as part of the Checkout process and consequently we don't have this information of you.
It is important to enter your name and contact phone number or email address as part of the registration or
if you wish to order goods as a visitor, as part of the Checkout process. We shall
be contacting you directly by phone at that time. During this call we will verify your name, address information as well as the items you
ordered and will take your credit card information by phone. Your account will be debited for the fuull amount before
the items you ordered are shipped to you.
4. Use of site
Joanne's Art Center ("JAC") authorizes you to view and download the materials at this website ("Site")
only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary
notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You may not modify the materials
at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for
any public or commercial purpose. Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer e
nvironment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized
use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of
these Terms, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy
any downloaded or printed materials.
5. Disclaimers
The peoducts and services at this site are provided "as is"
without warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement of intellectual property.
JAC's obligations with respect to its products and services a
re governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided and nothing on this Site should be construed
to alter such agreements. JAC further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials, products or
services at this Site. JAC may make changes to the products and services at this Site, or to the products
and prices described in them, at any time without notice. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied
warranties, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

In no event will JAC, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this site be liable for any damages whatsoever
arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or
information or services contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other
legal theory and whether or not jac has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you.
7. Privacy statement
We at JAC are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and
management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us.
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited
to, a first and last name, a home or other physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether
at work or at home. In general, you can visit the JAC website without telling us who you are or revealing any
personal information about yourself.
JAC collects personal information when you register with JAC, when you use JAC products or services. This information
is stored in a database on our server and is transferred from your computer to our server through a secure communication
channel. JAC is not responsible for the loss or distribution of this information due to malicious acts (such as hacking in to
our server) against our server and data base.
JAC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except
to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission.
8. User submissions
JAC does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this Site. Any material,
information or other communication ("Communications") you transmit or post to this Site will be considered
non-confidential and non-proprietary. JAC will have no obligations with respect to the Communications.
JAC and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications

purposes. Personally identifiable information that you submit to JAC for the purpose of receiving products or services
